Paragon Property Services has been chosen to start works on this high quality extension this month. We look forward to seeing how the project progresses! Crayon has worked on a number of rear extension projects where the former external wall of the property has to be removed to provide more open-plan layouts. Not only does a structural engineer have to stipulate the supporting structure over the new opening, but also ensure that the existing house foundations are adequate to suit these alterations.
