Andrea has offered us expert guidance and opinion on all aspects of our new build extension and refurbishment of our bungalow.This has been reassuring for us and has enabled our thoughts to be organised and clarified. She also managed our application for both planning and to building control under the new permitted development regulations, which neither of us knew anything about. A further  positive  aspect has been the management of utilities which, had we needed to do this ourselves would have been a major struggle. Having used many architects before finding Crayon Architects it is fair to say they are a breath of fresh air. Combining both a deep academic understanding of the processes and regulations with a true flair for original design this dynamic team of architects are right on top of their game. When we wanted to extend our kitchen and we didn't know where to start. i had worked with dan and andrea before in a professional capacity and thought of them straight away to help with our kitchen project!
