Community housing project complete

The scheme has provided much needed amenity space for tenants occupying sheltered housing in Plymouth. Security and privacy is also much improved with an inter-com system and remote key fob access for residents only. Internal works have included the provision of a seating area with a view to the raised garden, with a mechanical disabled access door and platform lift. The formal opening was attended by a host of residents, keen to see their new area for the first time.
