Conceptual designs completed!

Crayon has completed conceptual designs to extend a detached property in Newton Ferrers. Option 1 (top) creates a new first floor master bedroom with en-suite, retaining the existing hipped roof. Option 2 (bottom) converts the loft to create the master suite with gabled roof and zinc dormer.
