Construction has started!

Last summer Crayon achieved a ‘Certificate of Lawful Development’ and Building Regulations permission for this single storey rear extension in Plymouth. The works look to create a highly glazed flat roof extension, opening up to the garden/ pool area. Internally an open plan lounge dining area will be created with a double sided fireplace located centrally on plan. The new roof will include a large bespoke rooflight and extensive sedum roofing.

Construction has now started on site with the works being undertaken by M.J. Shewring contractors.
