Contractor selected for high quality house refurbishment

Plymouth based firm WGP Maintenance have been chosen to undertake remodelling work at a domestic property in the Plympton area of Plymouth. The scheme incorporates a new natural slate roof, thermally upgraded external walls, aluminium rainwater goods and a contemporary entrance canopy in steel. An extra wide solid oak entrance door is proposed, flanked by full-height fixed sidelights with an acid etched finish. Internally, the timber staircase balustrading will be replaced with toughened glass, held in place by stainless steel clamps. Works are due to commence in mid-September 2014.
