Conversion of mortuary to office!

Great visit yesterday to a project we first saw in 2013! Crayon gained planning & listed building consent to convert this former mortuary into an office in 2020. The building is located on the grounds of the former Exeter City Asylum which opened in 1886. The hospital absorbed by the NHS in 1948 closed in 1987, was listed and converted to residential use.
