Cornwall residential project underway

Crayon has submitted plans for extensive alterations to a traditional residential cottage in Carnon Downs, Cornwall. A two-storey side extension will accommodate a new entrance hall, shower room, bedroom and family bathroom. A rear extension will incorporate a utility, dining room and kitchen with folding doors to the terraced rear garden.
