Crayon awarded Kingsand conversion project

Set a matter of metres from the picturesque beach at Kingsand in Cornwall, Crayon have been instructed to provide designs to convert a former storage building into a residential cottage. Thought to date back to the mid-eighteenth century, the original stone structure will be enhanced with a timber framed extension at the rear. Since internal floor area is limited, Crayon will explore how the spaces can be used flexibly for multi -purpose functions.
