Crayon to extend residential property in conservation area

Crayon has been commissioned to provide designs for a rear extension to a private dwelling in the Mannamead area of Plymouth. The additional space will incorporate a large kitchen / breakfast room leading to a sheltered terrace overlooking the beautiful rear garden to the south. Internal alterations will create a new utility area and family room.
