Crayon wins planning permission and listed building consent

Crayon has won planning permission and listed building consent to extend a charming Georgian cottage in Plymouth. The original part of the house is believed to date back at least 200 years, and was built on land sold by renowned local chemist William Prideaux. Proposals include a new highly-glazed kitchen extension with skylight, loft conversion with new dormers and a detached annex with en-suite and south facing balcony. Crayon has a specialism in works to historic buildings, and in this case Barron Surveying Services was engaged to provide a detailed condition report of the existing property.
