Downderry property completed!

Beautiful autumn weather to visit a completed project in Downderry, Cornwall. The property was completely refurbished from top to bottom, with a new side extension and south facing balconies. The clients opted for an open plan ground floor, which feels really light and spacious. 

Crayon prepared some feasibility options for various design layouts, secured planning permission and provided technical drawings for building regulations. 

We’re really happy with the finished home, and this is a really nice example of how a Victorian house can be modernised.
