Our new clients, approached Crayon after a recommendation from some previous clients where we had designed a small extension in Tavistock, Devon. The application site is located in the Derriford district, north of Plymouth city centre. The property is located on a Dunraven Drive where there is a mixture of housing types with approximately 25 different designs. This four bedroom detached house with an integral garage was built in the 1970’s.

The application proposes a side and rear extension to increase the size of three of the first floor bedrooms. The rear extension above the family room will accommodate a new master bedroom with en-suite shower room. A side extension above the existing motor garage will increase the size of two bedrooms and the shared bathroom. Alterations to the front entrance porch are also included.
