Crayon are currently exploring a range of options to develop a vacant site in this Plymouth waterfront suburb. Initial proposals have focussed on residential uses, with a new building and private gardens. The indicative materials palette is a natural slate roof, rubble stone, render and timber clad external walls, powder-coated aluminium windows and doors. The local authority has been broadly supportive during early discussions.
