Extension nearing completion!

Paragon property services are nearing completion of this single storey, rear kitchen/diner extension in Peverell, Plymouth. This extension will add a much needed family space to this 1930s semi-detached dwelling. Utilising existing openings within the property kept structural works to a minimum to make the extension more economical. Crayon were engaged for RIBA Stages 2-4 including design, submission to the local authority, technical drawings, building regulations approval and tender package.
