A scheme to extend a Grade II Listed property in Exeter has been approved by planners. Dating from the early 19th Century, the terraced house is packed with original features. The proposals involve removing some inappropriate recent parts of the property and extending at the rear to provide ground floor dining and shower room accommodation.
