Finished photos of a single storey extension in Exeter, Devon. Crayon achieved planning, listed building consent & building regulations permissions in late 2019/ early 2020. This pretty terraced residential property dates from the early 19th Century & is Grade II Listed. This project involved demolition of the existing ground floor wc, & the creation of a new dining area & shower room. With the dining room taking up a large proportion of the rear courtyard our client has spent time focusing on the main south facing garden at the front, which is a beautiful little haven in the centre of Exeter. Heidi very much enjoyed visiting this project too
