Refurbishment works continue on these 3 prominent flats overlooking fantastic views of Plymouth Harbour.

Crayon secured Planning approval for this property in The Barbican Conservation Area in 2019. The plans include new aluminum windows, weathered zinc cladding, & glazed balconies to the 1st & 2nd floors. The top floor flat will be extended vertically with a contemporary steel, zinc & glass structure.

The building dates back to the mid 20th Century, & was council housing stock (later taken over by Plymouth Community Homes) & now in private ownership. Where the existing roof has been taken down this has revealed past sign writing for the old Commercial Inn Pub, originally located next door.
