Happy International Women’s Day!

Happy International Women’s Day! A day to celebrate those beautiful, strong & courageous women who play various roles in our lives. 

Partner Andrea is now back in the office part time after returning from maternity leave after having baby Heidi. Women make up approx. 45% of all architects until after 5yrs in practice when the ratio falls to 2:1, in favour of male architects, with a direct link to career breaks to have children. So a special shout out to those women juggling work & children, it’s not easy but let’s hope it inspires those little people we care so much about ❤️
