Happy New Year to everyone, glad to be back in office with lots of exciting projects lined up for 2020!

This is a recently completed wrap around rear and side kitchen/diner extension, in Plymstock. Construction undertaken last year by @kellyconstructionuk ; thank you for the photos and great use of a drone to see the complex roof construction!

Crayon undertook RIBA Stages 1-4 on this project, which included submitting planning and building regulations applications to Plymouth City Council and guiding the clients through the process.
