Located a stone’s throw away from Newquay’s famous South Fistral Beach, Crayon has recently extended a property to incorporate a new dining and seating area. Planning permission and Duchy approvals were necessary for this project, and the Duchy have notoriously stringent requirements when it comes to approving works to existing buildings. The extension is faced in natural stone, with an exposed timber frame and high quality marine grade aluminium windows with large roof lantern. Folding doors lead out for al-fresco dining and to the swim spa, with views of the headland.
