Heritage Roof Renewal at MAKE Southwest.

We’re delighted to see work progressing at MAKE Southwest’s Grade II Listed Riverside Mill in Bovey Tracey — where a new natural slate roof is now underway, by Tor View Roofing Ltd.

Listed Building Consent was granted at the end of last year, & the project has been carefully guided by our team alongside ecologists working under a European Protected Species (bat) licence. Their expertise ensures the site’s resident bats are fully protected during construction.

This important conservation work has been generously funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, supporting the long-term preservation of this much-loved local landmark & creative hub.
