Kindsand extension underway

The conversion of a former storage building to residential accommodation is underway in the Rame Peninsula, Cornwall. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Conservation Area, the tightly confined site has demanded careful consideration of space. Orientation and massing of the timber framed extension have also played a key role, due to the proximity of surrounding properties. Works are expected to complete in spring 2015.
