This month Crayon have:

  • Secured planning permission to completely transform a bungalow in Wembury. Inc. internal reconfiguration, a new rear extension, entrance porch & roof profile. A new dormer will face the sea views and the Great Mewstone.
  • Successfully appealed a decision made by Plymouth City Council last year for extensions to a house in Hooe, Plymouth. Inc. a garage conversion with two bedrooms above & replacement ground floor rear extension.
  • Had planning permission approved by Dartmoor National Park Authority for front & rear extensions to a detached dormer bungalow in Bittaford.
