New project in Yealmpton

New project starting in the Crayon office, to this charming detached cottage in Yealmpton. Crayon have been appointed to secure Planning permission with South Hams District Council. This will be for a new office space over the existing garage with first floor access to the main house, a new single storey garage and workshop area.

Luckily Dan was able to undertake the initial measured survey on a beautiful sunny day!
