Crayon has secured planning consent for a replacement dwelling in the South Hams. The proposed five bedroom detached property features a lower ground floor level in local stone, and a two-storey timber framed structure above. Large areas of glazing will open on to south facing terraces at the rear. Construction is likely to start later this year.
