Planning Permission Granted

The current lockdown is effecting the construction industry in lots of different ways, but the city council are still issuing decisions, albeit with extension of time added on. Here are some of the exciting projects we have been working on and have recently been approved! A couple projects already have local contractors signed up ready to start construction works later in the year. 
Planning Permission Approved for: 
1. A side kitchen extension with a lantern rooflight in Plympton, and folding doors out onto a decked terrace. 
2. A rear kitchen and family room extension with a large glazed gable overlooking the garden in Hartley, Plymouth. 
3. A rear living room extension with part balcony, part sedum roof above in Oreston. With amazing views over Radford lake. 
Building Regulations Approved for:
1. A rear kitchen/ dining extension in Torpoint, Cornwall. Adding much needed space to this family home.
