Planning permission secured in Wembury

South Hams District Council has approved plans to completely transform a bungalow in Wembury. The scheme will include removal of existing outbuildings, internal reconfiguration, a new rear extension, a new entrance porch and new roof profile to accommodate master bedroom with en-suite bathroom at first floor level. A new dormer will face the sea views and the Great Mewstone.
