Planning secured for swimming pool & health suite

Crayon has secured planning consent for a part-subterranean leisure building with swimming pool and health studio. Located in a Conservation Area, this extension to a family house is designed so as not to impact existing mature trees in the garden. An extensive sedum roof also ensures a wild-flower mix will be visible from the main house. The style of the extension is contemporary with a steel frame and large areas of glazing. This clearly defines the new element against the Victorian backdrop.
