Plymouth extension approved after appeal

Crayon has successfully appealed a decision made by Plymouth City Council last year. The project relates to a semi-detached house in Hooe. A garage conversion with two bedrooms above, and replacement ground floor rear extension were proposed. The Planning Inspectorate deemed the scheme would not have a detrimental impact to neighbouring properties.
