Retirement home project nearing completion!

It is a fantastic feeling to see a project initially conceived in 2018 near completion! The care home setting is especially sensitive when it comes to building works, & of course a lengthy delay was caused by the pandemic. Obedair Construction has been incredibly helpful regarding logistics. The staff & residents have complimented them on their proactive & friendly approach. Crayon was approached by Pilgrims Friend to reconfigure an internal courtyard space into a relaxing social area for the residents. Works have included demolition of existing planters, regrading of floor levels, new partitions, roof lights, lighting, fire alarm & door upgrades.
