Timber frame complete for Cornwall annex

An extension to a rural property near Truro is well underway. The prefabricated timber frame has good environmental properties and low embodied energy. It is also very quick to assemble and is less reliant on dry weather, when compared to traditional masonry construction. The annex will provide a family room, two bedrooms, bathroom, utility with wc and a flexible mezzanine level.
