Timber framed project progressing nicely

A bungalow extension in Illogan, Cornwall is almost weather-tight. Designed and detailed by Crayon, the floor area is set to expand by some 65 square metres – a significant increase on the existing footprint. New spaces include a kitchen / breakfast room, lounge, utility, en-suite with ‘walk in’ wardrobe adjacent to the master bedroom. The physical and visual link to the south facing rear garden will be improved by the inclusion of fully glazed sliding doors.
