Urban realm redesign begins

Crayon has been given the go-ahead to redesign a community area in Devonport, Plymouth. This will involve altering the existing carpark and highways arrangements, supplementing soft landscaping and reconfiguring pedestrian areas. This will tie in with the extensive works already carried out to improve community amenity in the wider context.
