Including a new lounge on the ground floor & a new master bedroom & en-suite on the first floor. M & P Building Solutions are doing a great job of making this design a reality! Crayon has secured permission for a rear extension connecting the dining room to an existing kitchen extension. Crayon previously worked with the clients on this property in 2017 when the kitchen was completed.

Great visit yesterday to a project we first saw in 2013! Crayon gained planning & listed building consent to convert this former mortuary into an office in 2020. The building is located on the grounds of the former Exeter City Asylum which opened in 1886. The hospital absorbed by the NHS in 1948 closed in 1987, was listed and converted to residential use.
